Leading the full UKG WFM implementation cycle, accountable for the Statement of Work (SOW), budget, schedule and reporting.
Solution analysis and fit-gap: facilitating workshops to translate client business processes into software configurations.
Configuration of the UKG WFM solution.
Resource coordination: interface between client stakeholders and integration consultants, securing milestones and deliverable quality.
Client relationship management: risk tracking, schedule adherence, sign-off of key project phases.

Context. Delivery leadership of several UKG WFM implementation projects at Ataway, a UKG integrator, for clients in manufacturing, luxury hospitality, consulting, retail and automotive services.

Scope. Leading the UKG WFM implementation cycle on each project; accountable for SOW, budget, schedule and reporting; facilitating fit-gap workshops; configuring the solution; coordinating consultants and stakeholders; managing the client relationship and risks.
