What I take on

Leading the full UKG WFM implementation cycle, accountable for the Statement of Work (SOW), budget, schedule and reporting.
Solution analysis and fit-gap: facilitating workshops to translate client business processes into software configurations.
Configuration of the UKG WFM solution.
Timekeeping and Accruals configuration: translating site time rules (cycles, shift work) and accrual balances into UKG WFM configuration.
Interfaces between time management and payroll software, via API or CSV files.
Testing, training of time administrators and frontline managers, steering committee (COPIL) governance.
Resource coordination: interface between client stakeholders and integration consultants, securing milestones and deliverable quality.
Client relationship management: risk tracking, schedule adherence, sign-off of key project phases.

Context. Delivery leadership of 8 UKG WFM implementation projects at Ataway, a UKG integrator, for clients in manufacturing, luxury hospitality, consulting, retail and automotive services.

Scope. Leading the UKG WFM implementation cycle on each project; accountable for SOW, budget, schedule and reporting; facilitating fit-gap workshops; configuring the solution; coordinating consultants and stakeholders; managing the client relationship and risks.

UKG WFM implementation for a multi-site industrial group — Ataway

Context. Industrial group with 7 plants in France and 1,000 employees, including shift workers: rollout of UKG WFM time management, interfaced with payroll.

Scope. Workshops with the sites to translate their business rules (cycles, shift patterns, accrual balances) into configuration; interfaces with payroll software via API or CSV files; automatic AI generation of production schedules based on real constraints (skills, contracts, absences, workload); testing; training of time administrators and shop-floor managers; steering committee governance.

Result. Project delivered on budget and on schedule.
